Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Saige & Sohl offers FREE shipping on all Australia-wide on orders over $200. Items are sent via Australia Post or you can Click and Collect In Store.
You will receive a confirmation email from Saige and Sohl to confirm that your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
Orders will be shipped within two (2) business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will also be sent within the next two (2) business day.
Please note that Saige & Sohl is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated and Saige & Sohl is not guaranteeing delivery dates.
If you are not home to accept your package, Australia Post will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office.
If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
